How to Take Your Shirt Off in NBA 2K27

Reach Rookie IV. That is the rep level that unlocks “Take your shirt off and flex in the City”, listed in the Rookie card above alongside the exclusive MyCOURT floors and murals it comes with.

It lands early. Rookie IV is the fourth level of the first tier, and because the Rookie ladder starts at II rather than I, it is only the third reward you collect on the way up.
