What are NBA 2K27 Badge Requirements?

In NBA 2K27 you have to reach a certain attribute rating before you can equip a badge at a given tier. This chart shows exactly how high an attribute needs to be to unlock each tier. Some badges can be unlocked by more than one attribute. An OR badge only needs one of the listed attributes to hit the threshold, while an AND badge needs all of them.
