Defense and Off Ball Defense are the same map in 2K27. Every input does the same thing in both, so there is nothing extra to learn for guarding away from the ball.

Read off the four in-game Learn 2K Controls screens, which are the base button map and do not go below that level. The screens are Xbox diagrams; the PlayStation names are the standard equivalent of the same physical input. Action names are left in English while 2K may still reword them.
