Moving shots were overpowered the first few weeks of the game cycle, but with the shot artist nerf, normal fades seemed to be touched as well. They are still hittable with good timing, but you need to practice to get that timing consistent.

Improves a player's ability to knock down 3-point shots on the move, including pull-ups, hop-steps, or spin shots.

Really playstyle dependent. If you like to fade, probably use HoF or Legend. If you dont often, maybe save the badge points
